EATING RIGHT
I like what author Michael Pollan says, ‘eat food, not too much, mostly plants.’

JUICING

I start every day with a green juice

usually made with a combination of spinach, carrot, lemon, apple and cucumber with added Amazing Grass Green Superfood Raw Reserve powder and Dr Udo’s oil (or if I’m travelling I bring a small bottle of Source of Life Gold liquid.)

BEAUTY TIP #1
Illuminate your base. (Seen at Lanvin, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Balenciaga.)
I use Doublewear All-Day Glow BB Cream SPF30 by Estee Lauder and Bobbi Brown Repair Moisturising Cream on damp skin.

BEAUTY TIP #2
Take lip colour sheer. (Seen at Carven and DKNY)
I love coral lipsticks and the Jungle Fever shade by Lipstick Queen is a favourite – it’s the most fantastic, underrated brand. Ilia lipsticks are also amazing – very sheer but with a strong pigment.

BEAUTY TIP #3
Work apricot eyes (Seen at Christian Dior, Emilia Wickstead and Alexander Wang.)
I was working with the actress Clemence Poesy the other day and she asked for peach-coloured eyes, which I was so surprised at because she’s French. They looked beautiful. I used a light-reflecting apricot powder by MAC that has a slight shimmer. Use fingers or an eye-shadow brush to apply. Charlotte Tilbury brushes are great.

BEAUTY TIP #4
Turn a peach cheek. (Seen at Erdem and Chanel.)

Peach and orange blusher shades are so much more flattering than traditional pink.

Make an exquisite eye

Make an exquisite eye

I love a Powder Blush by Chanel, which are really light reflecting.

BEAUTY TIP #5
Make an exquisite inky eye. (Seen at Dolce & Gabbana and Prada.)
I use Super Liner Ultra Precision by L’Oreal Paris or Eye Defining Pen by Tom Ford. Be strict not to have a gap between the lashes and the line, which is the most common mistake I see – so rest the liner on the lashes and push down.
